Addiction Recovery Institute announces the creation of the North Carolina Addiction Fellows Program (NCAFP), funded largely by a grant to Pavillon International by The Duke Endowment and working in concert with the state office of Substance Abuse Services. Twenty fellows a year (sixty over a three year period) will engage in a rigorous personal and professional training program designed to create a cadre of talented, learned and passionate leaders in the field of addiction services. The Addiction Fellows Model is based on the Resonance Organizational Development System
